This is the sweet Bornhofen Family & ironically enough...I went to Highschool with both Lindsay & Dain (same graduating class even). It is fun to see them married with their little guy (Joel)...what a sweet, little family!!! Lindsay & Dain were both so enamoured by Joel's every smile, yawn & giggle---it was so sweet to watch. You are wonderful doting parents!!! Joel was equally precious during our photoshoot...so happy & compliant. We may have pushed him to his breaking point by the end however; I think food & nap were on his mind by the end of it all. I loved capturing your family & creating moments & memories Bornhofens...I hope you love the photos as much as I loved taking them!!!

Colorado Springs Family & Children's Photographer--------The Atwood Family

Meet the Atwood Family: Aaron, Sarah, Hannah & Ellie. They are also my neighbors...they live at the other end of my street. I have gotten to know each of them on an individual basis & I love them all. Aaron is an amazing runner...he even ran the ascent up Pikes Peak this summer. Sarah is a thrifty couponer (the best I've ever seen), Hannah is a brilliant, beautiful 4 yr. old that can charm just about anyone & Ellie has eyes that sparkle & dance like a glass/porcelan doll. They are adorable & flexible (the latter half I learned the day of the shoot as I impromptu changed locations due to crazy busy crowds.) I love the way the sun lit up the flower feilds & their pretty faces during this morning shoot. I hope you guys love your photos...I loved taking them!!!=)

Manitou Springs Family/Children's Photographer------The Fregoe Family

LOVE this family & I love that we shot in Manitou Springs...so full of life, energy & color down there. I feel like it really brings out my creative side when I'm in that part of town!!! So much to see & do...also, the kids love it; it keeps them fully entertained & that always helps when shooting little ones. The Fregoe family has now moved to upsate New York, but wanted to get in one last set of family pictures in Colorado before leaving...this was part of their final hoorah! I was sad to see them go, as they are beautiful faces to photograph & beautiful souls to know, but happy to see where God will take them & what He has in store for their lives. Life is an adventure...live it to the fullest!!! Hope you guys are getting settled into your new place & getting acquainted with your new town, school, church, etc.

Colorado Springs Family & Children's Photographer------------------------------------The Swartzendruber Family

This is the Swartzendruber Family: Marshall, Brynn, Mason & Nora...so beautiful, right?! Brynn, is another one of my awesome friends/hairdressers...she does amazing work btw!!!=) We met on a Monday evening at Fox Run Park in not so ideal conditions: grey, a smidge windy & it started to sprinkle as soon as they arrived...but I began praying & once again, God was good to hold off the real rain until we were done with the shoot. We had a blast...especially the smiley kiddos, who btw, were begging for me to take more pictures of them by the end. Who could ask for more than that as a photographer??? =)It was awesome & I loved their touches of brown with the layers of texture: plads, tweeds, stripes, solids, plus cute shoes (MASON). You all looked fabulous & the pictures turned out great...can't wait for you to see the rest!!!

Monument Children's Photographer-----------------------Ryan----4yrs. old

Ohhh my!!! This is Ryan...he just turned 4 & he's HONESTLY one of the cutest kids I have ever laid eyes on. Not to mention his little munchkin voice...I really love him!!! He is the son of my amazing & fabulous friend & hairdresser. I loved, loved, loved taking pictures of Ryan this past Saturday...it was just him & I in his own backyard (yes, they have fabulous back-drops right in their very own backyard)!!! It was so fun that he had 3 outfit changes during his session...each having their own unique feel & style to them. I think it brought out his character: his smile, his sparkly brown eyes, his fighter, his spunk, his mini-attitude!!! The warrior outfit was his mom's idea...a new gift he just received for his birthday...did I mention how he loved showing me what each & every weapon was used for!=) Then we moved on to preppy/casual & ended on swimwear...because afterall, he was headed to the pool afterwards & he does look oober-adorable in his swimmy floaties!=) Thanks again Amy for allowing me the priviledge of taking pics of your cutie!!! I had SO MUCH FUN!

Colorado Springs/Monument High School Senior Photographer (Longmont,CO)--------Senior: Zach

This is High School Senior: Zach. If you couldn't tell from the photos Zach is an AMAZING golfer...he has been playing since he was 3 yrs. old. He & his family belong to a beautiful golf/country club in Longmont where I met them to see Zach in his element. Zach plays on the Varsity team at his High School & LOVES to swing on the "green" whenever he gets the chance. I learned more about about this sport than ever before: backspins, birdies, bunkers...so much terminilogy it made my head spin!!! It was really fun to watch Zach show off his skills during the shoot & I tried to capturing the spirit of his passion for it all the while. His mom, Holly, & I drove the golf cart all over & chit-chatted about Zach's Senior year as we hopped from one spot to the next. Zach changed into his "Vikings" Football jersey for the 2nd half of the shoot---only appropriate since they used to live in Minnesota!!! Many blessings to you Zach in your Senior year...I hope it's filled with many, many wonderful memories!!!
