Colorado Springs Family Photographer-----------------------------The Strasser Family

It would be an understatement to say I fell in love with this family lastnight!!! The Strasser Family found me through a relative on FB & the link I posted. It was such a blessing in so many ways to have met them. They were so easy, so relaxed, so flexible, so joyful, so beautiful, so patient...I adored meeting them, getting to know them & photographing them. They have two gorgeous & sweet adopted baby girls: Hannah, age:2, & Ava, age:2 weeks. We met down at Monument Valley Park & did the best we could considering it had just finished down-pouring & everything was very WET!!! They were great about it...& fortunately I had packed my blanket last minute. It's hard to always know what the weather looks like down south when I live up north. God is always good & always gracious to provide either wonderful weather or wonderful people to lighten my burden. This family was no exception...they were truly amazing in every way. I couldn't get enough of their little Hannah & I could've photographed her all night...what a doll!!! =) I pray God's many blessings on your beautiful family Jason & Shannon!!! I hope you love your photos as much as I loved taking them & can't wait for more photo sessions to come.

Manitou Springs Child Photographer------------------------Logan--2yrs.

Last weekend I met the Kilby family & was entertained by a 2yr. old named, Logan, in Manitou Springs for the morning. I discovered very quickly his obsession with planes, trains & automobiles...all boy!!! =) It was fun getting to know this new family that is new to the Colorado Springs area from New Jersey. Logan was was thrilled by his balloons & probably the idea that his birthday (which was really the day before) & celebrations kept on going. I also loved this his young aunties were present to help bring out Logan's super smile. I hope you guys love your photos & cherish them for years to come!!!

Colorado Springs Family Photographer--------------------The Kiger Family

I had the opportunity & honor to photograph the sweet Kiger Family at Fox Run Park earlier last week. What an adorable & sweet family. They just radiated joy & positivity. Their love for sweet little 5 month old Grayson was beyond words!!! The Lord once again allowed the sun to come out & the wind & rain to cease for another amazing evening of memories. I was so thrilled we changed the location at the last minute to work around the weather...it worked out perfectly!!! It was so awesome to meet you Becca, Nick & Grayson. I hope I was able to capture some sweet moments in this stage of life for you & would love the opportunity to capture more in the years ahead!!!

Colorado Springs Baby Photographer----------------------Baby Zeb---7 months old!!!

Oh little Zeb...how you are loved!!! Such a special miracle & blessing to your ma-ma & your whole family. What a wonderful time I had at this morning's session peering into these gorgeous eyes & watching him smile as his ma-ma called out his name. Too sweet for words Mr. Zeb. Thanks for allowing me to invade your space. Hee-hee!!! Hope you love them all Hosanna. P.S. We'll have to set up another time for those silly feet!;)

Colorado Springs Family Photographer-------------------The Baker Family

Love, Love, Love this family!!! We had a blast running around Fox Run Park & the Lord blessed us by holding off the thunderstorm/rain during the entire session!!! Yeah! Sydney & Zoe are two of the most beautiful girls I know...photographing them was a breeze along with their beautiful ma-ma. Chris kept it entertaining the whole time...bringing out the laughter & carefree side of everyone. Near the end we busted out the skittles & that really took our photoshoot up a notch---LOL!!! I was able to capture some wonderful candids of this family & I was thrilled with the photos as I hope they are. Love you guys so much!!! =)

Manitou Springs Children's Photographer-Jonah---15 months

Love, Love, Love this little guy!!! One of my all time favorite clients...maybe it's because I've been photographing him before he was even born (still in his ma-ma's bellly). I've been so fortunate & blessed to know this sweet family. We met on a casual Tuesday morning while things were fairly uneventful & quite down at the Penny Arcade...one of my favorite spots. We (Meghan & I) had fun chasing Jonah (who's 15 months old btw) around all the cars, trucks & planes. I'd say he has a small obsession. hee-hee!!! We were able to lure him away with some strawberry ice-cream & a bubble gum machine a few times...even snuck in a few outfit changes. Hope you love your photos Meg!!!

Colorado Springs Event Photographer---Freedom, Fireworks, Fourth of July----Wenzel Homecoming!!!

I had the honor & privilege tonight of witnessing something I have never witnessed before...a military homecoming!!! It was very emotional...patriotic songs were played, baby's cries echoing across the room, women & children clapping & screaming with tears streaming down their faces waiting for their loved ones to arrive!!! As if it isn't emotional everytime, to have a homecoming on actual Independence Day seemed all the more amazing!!! I felt so proud standing in that gymnasium to be an American...maybe more than ever before! With all that to say...I was able to meet Sgt.Wenzel & thank him for serving our country for the last year over in Afghanistan. I was asked by his lovely wife, Natalie, to photograph their family's reuniting. Sweet baby Charolette is now 9 months old & the last time her daddy saw her she was just 7 days old. What a reunion it was!!! So much to celebrate, so much to be thankful for. I hope you love your photos Wenzel Family & once again... WELCOME HOME!!! =)
