Colorado Springs Family Photographer---The Barton Family

I have been waiting to photograph the Barton family for months now & it was well worth the wait!!! The weather was perfect, Adah Belle was walking & everyone looked lovely in their yellows & browns. We enjoyed a beautiful morning at Garden of the Gods as well as an adorable little park in Manitou Springs (thanks Hosanna for getting us there).;)Hosanna is expecting baby #4 & with those 3 beautiful daughters of hers it wouldn't hurt to have just one more!!! =) I come from a family of four girls...the "baby" of three older sisters & I loved every minute of it. Girls are so much fun!!! On the other hand, having a son of my own; boys are a special blessing too! Either way, babies are a gift from the Lord---may God bless you & your beautiful growing family!!!

Heidi & Tom's Wedding

Wedding Day---May 30th, 2010












Once again, I had the opportunity to help assist my friend & photographer, Cristy, with another phenomenal wedding!!! This time the wedding took place at the Fine Arts Center in downtown Colorado Springs...what a beautiful & well-lit venue. They couldn't have hand-picked a more beautiful day either; it was gorgeous! I loved the spring colors of lavendar & pale green; they tied in so well with the fine arts center theme---the purple "spores" in the front lawn. Everything came together so flawlessly at this wedding from the home-made flowers to the cupcake wedding cake. One of my favorite parts of the evening was the father/daughter dance...there was definitely some tears & advice shared...such sweet moments. I love weddings!!! Thanks again Cristy for allowing me to be a part of this day. =)

Amber & Josh's Wedding

Wedding Day---May, 25th, 2010












Last Tuesday I got to assist my fellow photographer & friend,
Cristy, with a wedding in Woodland Park. Talk about amazing & beautiful & breath-taking...this wedding was all of those things all the way around!!! I had so much fun capturing the little behind the scenes things that happened while Cristy captured the amazing bigger things! I got to catch the little ring bearer catching me photographing him out of the corner of his eye. I got to watch the flower girl run up the hill w/ her blanky & crocs to her daddy; whom she obviously admires grately!!! I got to watch the groom sweep his bride off her feet from afar & walk away into the sunset & take a carriage ride. So many wonderful things & mostly I gained a lot more experience from my friend, Cristy, on how to do this "wedding thing." =) Thanks Cristy for the honor & privilege of joining you!!! Always a fun & amazaing time!

Colorado Springs Maternity Photographer---Ma-Ma of 3 to be---Danilee

Thanks for allowing me to shoot pictures of your adorable pregnant belly, Danilee!!!I know this was outside of your comfort zone, but I think they turned out beautiful & I hope you will enjoy them for years & years to come. It was so fun to let Aspen & Aiden participate in these pictures also, as this is such a special journey for them too...baby sister is on her way! Congratulations to you all, Fregoe Family. You will be in my thoughts & prayers as your due date approaches!!!
