Colorado Springs Family Photographer-----------------------The Flowers Family

Love, love, love this family!!! Introducing the beautiful, sweet & talented Flowers Family! I have known Tessa for almost 9, maybe even 10 years now. We used to work together at Compassion International before either of us had kids (both newlyweds in fact). Since then I have gotten to know each of her new additions & her amazingly talented husband, who created my very own photography logo for me. You can find his work @www.lukeflowerscreative.com. He is truly so gifted & I love what he created for me. If you ever need anything artistic...look up Luke. Did I mention how adorable & sweet their kiddos are? Well...they are. I loved doing their portraits during this session---each with their own unique personality that came shining through. Thanks again for allowing me this opportunity. Many blessings to you, Flowers Family, in the upcoming year, 2012.

Colorado Springs Couples Photographer------------------Nancy & George

First & foremost what I remember about this super simple sweet session is that Nancy has a heart of Gold & I can only hope to someday be the wife that she is to George to my own husband! Wow!!! The love that she showed him was truly unconditional. What a special woman. I loved watching her love on him even when I wasn't snapping away. It was a beautiful day at Fox Run Park with gorgeous sunlight shining through the tall pines. My favorite pic of the day was the 1st one shown...George leaning in to "swoon" his wife. Precious. What a joy it was to photograph an older couple still so visibly in love. May God grant you both many more years together!!!
Blessings,
Courtney

Colorado Springs Family Photographer--------------------The DeMoss Reunion

Would you look at this gorgeous group?!! Love the color combinations they chose with the fabulous fall backdrop. We went to the Broadmoor for this big family reunion session. There were lots of little ones to work with...which made for plenty of laughs. I had the priviledge of photographing this group because I was asked by my former neighbor & co-worker, Tara DeMoss. I had a great time & loved capturing shots with all the grandkids & grandma (this one not posted), each of the individual families as well as the mom with her beautiful children. There were so many great spots at this one of a kind location; a first for me to shoot here...so glad we did. Hope you all love your photos as much as I loved taking them.
Many Blessings,
Courtney

Colorado Springs Family Photographer--------------------The Kyle Family

What a perfect fall day we had for this sweet family session. It was a busy little day for photographers too, as there were 4 others at this same location at the same time. It made for a fun little challenge to dodge them here & there & still get amazing pics!!! Loved the beautiful light shining from behind the golden weeping willows. The love that these patient parents had for their children was simply beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed watching them interact as a family. There are even some fun candids from when dad was showing them how to run at the geese & make them fly!!! Loved these shots. It was such a pleasure to meet you, Kyle Family, I hope I get the pleasure to photograph all of you again someday.=)
Blessings,
Courtney

Colorado Springs Family Photographer----------------The Lane Family

Another beautiful family & can I just say I was in fashion heaven when I saw this family show up to the shoot looking like "THIS." A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E!!! Love the girls' eclectic dresses & how mom & dad coordinated...so much fun. Makes my job all the more fun whey they look this good & are so stinkin' adorable. The Lane family are ironically neighbors of mine...had never met them before, but my name was passed on to them from another neighbor, who's daughter was in my son's Kindergarten class last yr. Small world...yes. Good for business...absolutely!;) I had a blast working with this fam down at Monument Valley Park & boy, oh boy...were we fortunate...the fall foilage was at it's peak & the weather was unbelievably warm. All in all it was the perfect family shoot! Thanks guys...I look forward to many more family sessions with you. Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Blessings,
Courtney

Colorado Springs/Denver Engagement Photographer-------Abby & Josh

To be honest with you...I could've added 100 more photos to my blog from this session! Such a beautiful couple & so many great photos were captured. It was fun with several outfit changes & did I mention we took them at Red Rocks in Denver? A-mazing!!! =) What a gorgeous location!!! The leaves were still peeked, the sun warm on our skin & the lighting was perfect. It was an unbelievable afternoon with two sweet people so meant for one another. I loved getting to know them on a more personal, intimate level...(beyond phone calls & e-mails)especially since I'll be photographing their wedding next July. Yeah!!! Can't wait Abbby & Josh. Hope you are thoroughly enjoying your engagement photos...excited to see which one you chose for your "save the date." Continued blessings on your wedding planning. If you need anything between now & July, please don't hesitate to call me. Love you guys!!!
Blessings,
Courtney

Manitou Springs Family Photographer----------The Herman Family

I love Manitou Springs...have I mentioned that before? So full of color & life & energy down there. Wish I lived closer! This is where I met the Herman Family...who I have had the priviledge of photographing before...last fall in fact. They are great about getting annual family photos taken & I love them for that. The boys: Gabe & Ben had a great time down at the arcade (a first for them). Ben was especially drawn to all of the cars...good thing their is a lot of them. We ended the evening with some yummy cotton-candy & called it good. Thanks again for a fun evening friends.
